WHAT DO I DO NOW?
If you need some advice or assistance, please fill out the enquiry form and one of our friendly party experts will contact you. Please indicate on the form the best time to call you. We will help you decide on quantities, design the menu, and recommend drinks. If you know exactly what you want, please order via our website, or email us your order party@vallebona.co.uk
HOW MUCH FOOD & WINE SHOULD I ORDER?
We will create a bespoke menu for your event which has the perfect quantities of food and drink. We are very generous with our servings and so left overs will be packed for you to take home after the event or available to be picked up the following day.
CAN I BUY MORE DRINKS ON THE EVENING
We have a fully stocked bar and plenty more wines ready. We will just open a tab payable at the end of the event.
HOW IS THE FOOD SERVED IN YOUR OUTDOOR COURTYARD?
The food will be prepared and served on a large grazing station that the party is centred around. A grazing station allows for a less formal and more relaxed approach to eating while maintaining that party atmosphere.
HOW MANY GUESTS CAN I BRING
Our Outdoor courtyard can hold up to 40 guests standing with casual seating. Our indoor space can hold up to 14 guests seated.
IN THE CASE OF BAD WEATHER WHAT WILL WE DO
Our outdoor courtyard has 3 retractable awnings along with built in heaters. In the case of extreme bad weather the indoor event space will be open to use.
WHEN WILL THE PARTY FINISH
Our outdoor and indoor licenses are until 22:30pm at which point we must turn off the music and close the premises.
DO YOU PROVIDE MUSIC
We have a Sonos system which can play any playlist you request or we have our own party playlists.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
We need at least 1 months notice but ideally more as our peak months during summer get booked up to 6 months in advance. For any questions on availability please email party@vallebona.co.uk
ARE YOUR KITCHENS AUDITED?
We are independently audited by SALSA for preparation, packing, storage and distribution. Our certificate is available upon request.
DO YOU PROVIDE STAFF?
Yes, we provide serving staff for your event.
DO YOU PROVIDE TASTING SESSIONS?
We do not provide tasting sessions as a normal service. However, for large corporate events and weddings, a session can be organised which will incur a nominal charge.
