Ingredients supplied to London's Michelin-starred restaurants exclusively imported

METHOD:

1. Defrost our Tuscan roll in a sink full of cold water for 30 minutes.

2. Using a sharp knife cut the meat into 1 inch thick slices using the string as a guide: you should get 5 slices.

3. In a pan add 2 tbsp of oil and 30g of butter, and gently fry the meat on both sides.

4. Add 1/2 glass of white wine, fresh herbs like rosemary or sage, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

5. Cook with a lid on for 20 min.

6. Serve with a salad or vegetables.
