THE BRIEF
A popular Japanese Café based in West London requested catering for their staff party. The team of 25 wanted an authentic Italian spread and was drawn to our menu full of Japanese touches. Drop off was scheduled at 6pm to their brand in W1.
THE DELIVERY
To start, Vallebona created an antipasti board of charcuterie, crema di pecorino and olives. Salads, pasta, frittata and savoury tarts were followed by our showstopping karaage. A selection of delicious Italian breads accompanied the feast. Each element was beautifully presented by our team on vintage trays so that the client could enjoy their order straight away. Collection was organised for the following day.

THE RESULT
Delivery and hand-over was quick and efficient. The food was plentiful and the client noted that the karaage in particular was a favourite for the team. They also noted that presentation on our disposable trays was perfect as it saved washing up and was easy to preserve leftovers.
