1. Fry some garlic in sesame oil on a medium heat.
2. Once the oil heats up and the garlic is fragrant, add minced meat (beef or pork) and fry over medium heat for about 4 minutes.
3. When the minced meat is slightly crispy, turn off the heat and add the miso, sugar, salt and pepper.
4. Turn the heat back on at med-low and stir all the ingredients together for around 4 minutes. Finish with sesame seeds.
This is great with hot steamed rice or wrapped in lettuce, with carrot and pepper strips, for a healthier alternative.
