1. Cut your favourite chicken part (thighs, breast or drumstick).

2. Mix 2 spoonfuls of our yellow miso with 1/2 a glass of mirin (or white wine).

3. Massage the mixture into the chicken.

4. Place the chicken in a pre-heated oven (180°c) and cook for about 20-30 minutes until golden brown.

5. Your simple yet delicious dinner is ready!
