Prosciutto and Pecorino Canapé

Ingredients

  • Music Paper Bread
  • Prosciutto
  • Pecorino Rosso
  • Rocket Salad

Method

  1. Place the sheet of Music Paper Bread on a plate.
  2. Remove the rind, then in a dry non-stick pan, melt the slice of pecorino cheese.
  3. Top the bread and prosciutto with the melted pecorino.
  4. Serve with a Rocket salad.
