Prosciutto and Pecorino Canapé

Ingredients
- Music Paper Bread
- Prosciutto
- Pecorino Rosso
- Rocket Salad
Method
- Place the sheet of Music Paper Bread on a plate.
- Remove the rind, then in a dry non-stick pan, melt the slice of pecorino cheese.
- Top the bread and prosciutto with the melted pecorino.
- Serve with a Rocket salad.
